Description
This is Happy Beans Roaster’s Ethiopian Sidama Ardi Whole Bean Coffee delivered to you periodically, as you choose, typically every two weeks or every four weeks, but at the frequency that works best for you.
After roasting, coffee beans stay fresh for 2-3 weeks. Try not to buy more than you can drink in that period. (And for best flavor, grind just before you’re ready to brew.)

Ethiopian Sidama Ardi is light-roasted to achieve a more fruit-forward taste and fewer bitter notes than darker roasts. Light roasting requires more beans than dark roasting when measured by weight (the darker the roast, the more expansion/evaporation, so they get lighter).
