The Guji region, in the near-equatorial climate of Ethiopia, is known for its forests which lend the coffee plants the naturally-fertilizing decomposition of forest plant matter. This helps create these highly-prized, organic beans. The Guji Organic coffee is earthy with citrus, berry and chocolate notes (details about the bean are below).

Description
This is a Happy Beans Roaster selection of Full City Dark Roast Whole Bean Coffees delivered to you at the schedule you choose, typically every two weeks or every four weeks, but at the frequency that works best for you.
After roasting, coffee beans stay fresh for 2-3 weeks. Try not to buy more than you can drink in that period. (And for best flavor, grind just before you’re ready to brew.)

Full City roasts are on the darker end, but not oily. With this roast we aim for a balance between the fruit-forward taste of light roasts and the body of darker roasts.
