Then, these grade A1 specialty Arabica coffee beans are anaerobically fermented for 96 hrs. Anaerobic processed coffee delivers low-acidity and zero bitterness.

The raw beans are then evenly roasted to absolute perfection to bring out the uniquely fruity, red-wine flavor and aroma unique to Rwanda beans.
